What size or capacity system do I need to properly cool my home? How do you determine the size of the air conditioning unit needed?
Every job has a load calculation completed for the house which shows what size unit is needed. Tropic Air will calculation and explain how you determine the number of BTU’s need to properly cool your home without wasting energy or money.
Can the current installed ductwork be used?
Yes, it is possible to use existing ductwork that has been cleaned and checked for leaks.
Is Tropic Air insured?
Tropic Air is fully insured, bonded and certified. We guarantee our work.
What type of guarantee do you offer?
We offer a year warranty on all our work. Depending on which manufacturer you choose, there are various types of warranties offered on their products. Many manufacturers have warranties up to 10 years.
What is the timetable for the installation? Do you remove any old units or duct work?
We will give you a timeframe based on the amount of work that needs to be done prior to starting the job. The areas we work in are left clean of debris. We will remove all used units and parts.
