They came out on New Year’s Day and repaired our unit. Their technician was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done and even showed us the faulty part. We know who we will be calling in the future for all our air conditioning and heating needs.

I was without a/c for 9 weeks and when I called Tropic Air they said they would send someone out .They were so polite and showed what was wrong and what I needed done! I gave the okay to fix it and they did!!!! The price was great and I have had no problems. The staff is all nice and respectful. I would use them all the time and recommend them to all others.

First: a year ago I came home to a house that was 97% on a Friday evening. In less than 2 hours they were working on the unit and had it running before night fell! When it happened again this year, I called, and they saved me a service call by diagnosing over the phone by my description – NO one does that!! I (not them) suggested that it was time for a new unit! We made all the arrangements, they allowed me time to research online what I was getting and by 8:00 that evening it was scheduled to be put in the NEXT morning!! By noon, I had air up and running. The owner of the company came by to check on the work, the installers were skilled, respectful and so helpful. This is the ONLY AC company I will ever use.
